Operation and application:

Single-head sterile packaging machine in a bag-in-box system. Machine

designed for aseptic packaging of liquid and semi-liquid products,

also containing solid particles min. fruit (plums, cherries, strawberries). Sacks in

Bag In Box packaging consists of several layers of foil that play a protective role against external factors. After dispensing, steam is injected into the bag to push product residues into the bag and fill the bag over the product with steam. Asepta 5000 is designed for bottling food products with extended shelf life, such as purees, concentrates, yogurt, milk, etc.

The machine works in semi-automatic mode and can be used for filling 5-20 liter bags transported on a roller table located directly under the head and for filling bags with higher volumes - 200 and 1000 liters.
