Milling and cutting / cutting machine for palettes: PPH Vector, year 2007
The machines were mounted on a common steel frame. For moving the pallets, drive rollers and rubber wheels pressing the pallet from above were used, and after leaving the milling machine two chains arranged symmetrically on the width of the pallet. The machine is equipped with 6 signature burning units on the pallet supports.
The milling machine is designed for making 10/45 ' milling machines in 1200 x 800 and 1200 x 1000 pallet boards. It can work as an independent device or as part of a technological line for the production of pallets.
The cutter / cutter can cut corners and burn markings in EURO pallets. It can also be used as an independent mast or production line string. The set is adapted to bypassing the burning process or cutting. The product is equipped with an additional three-position switch:
- burning off
- normal work
- cut off
