The stitched collar is put on a metal template. Then, with the help of adjustable pneumatic knives, the material surpluses are cut. A special, pneumatically controlled finger pushes the corner of the collar and the operator scrolls it to the right side. Finally, the collar is placed over the patterns to match its shape and formed (ironed) under the influence of pressure and temperature. The time, pressure and temperature of ironing are electronically controlled. The machine is like new, little used.
